Help... I am trying to record a new DVD with video files and an audio file...

I have been through every option but none of them seem to give me an option to add audio...

I am currently on Nero vision express 3 - make your own DVD... I keep trying to add the audio files but it doesn't seem to support any type of audio files.

really hope someone can help as I'm going MAD!

Thanks.

What version of Nero are you using (6.6.xx or 7.0.xx)?
Do you already have VIDEO_TS and a AUDIO_TS folder created and wish to burn the files to disk?

Hiya,

I'm noy really too sure as it came free with a DVD drive I just bought.

I've had a look and says the following...

Nerovision Express 3. Version 3.0.1.34
Nero OEM. version 6.6.0.8
Nero Media Player. version 1.4.0.29

Hope that makes more sense to you?

Yes I have saved the original DVD to my hard drive and it is a Video_TS file... I can open this up no problem.

The audio files I want are currently downloaded from Itunes.. How can i save them as audio_TS files?

Bad news and maybe some good news.

Your version of nero (Nero OEM. version 6.6.0.8) is old and should be updated to version 6.6.0.18. Write down your serial# and uninstall nero 6.6.0.8 from your system using the nero general cleantool found here:

http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/General_CleanTool.html

You can get the update here, once installed just enter the serial#:
Package 1
http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

Package 2
http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

Now, because you have an OEM version of nero, it's very limited in what it will allow you to do. To copy those video files to DVD you'll need Nero Burning Rom which is not included in your OEM version, the only way to get it is to upgrade to the nero7 ultra edition found on nero's site or get the package at a store.

Those audio files can probably be burned to disk using the Nero Express application which you should have access to. Here a link to nero's site that will provide you with tutorials on use.
