Update.
Today I succeded in burning my Verbatim discs with DVD Decrypter. Nero won't take them cause maximum write rate according to DVD Decr. is 2x speed for my drive. Nero does only show 2.4x as a possible speed. But when I set the correct speed to DVD Decr. it worked!

From DVD Decrypter Media info:
