I need help with Lady and The Tramp

I backed up disc 2 of Lady and the Tramp using dvd shrink but the menus don't seem to work when I play the disc. What do I need to do?

If you re-authored the movie, the menus will not work. You have to do a full disc back up if you want functional menus. Instead of reauthor, use "Open Files" or "Open Disc" tab. You can still compress the menus and files to maximum, remove any unwanted subs or audio, and get good main movie quality.

Hi Cyprusrom,
I didn't reauthor. I ripped full disc with DVD Decrypter and AnyDVD running in the background and used DVD Shrink. Nothing special. Menus won't work on disc 2. Disc 1 works fine.

I had no problems with this disk with a rip with free program dvdfab decrypter, and dvdshrink (re-author.)

Try running the files through VobBlanker after you rip the files but before you use Shrink. I had no problems w/ either disk. You could also have a bad press and you will need to return it for exchange

I figured it out. I ran it through DVD Shrink using no compression on the menus. It works perfectly now. Thanks for the replies
