I take it you are trying to make a dvd alcohol can copy unprotected dvds but not compile them

try this

http://freedownload.softonic.de/windows/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_0.52.99.exe

alcohol cannot make dvds from scratch it can only copy them what you have is an mpeg which is not a dvd but can be converted into one using the software I gave earlier

http://freedownload.softonic.de/windows/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_0.52.99.exe

after that run it thru dvd shrink

that will create an *.iso file that you can burn with alcoh0l, Nero or DVD Decrypter the guide for DVD Shrink is here

okay I did use the DivXtoDVD and then I used the DVD Shrink. after it shrunk it, it created some video ts files. it made backup files of the ifo. but is that the ifo?? the backupfile is an ifo? I tried burning it with Alcohol 120 again and it does not find the *ifo

in DVD Shrink when you hit backup on the options screen make sure the top box is set to create ISO then load the iso file into alcohol and it will burn the dvd
