Ok, I'm new at this! I thought I was computer literate...guess not!All I want to do is burn some Dvd's for my daughter! You know..Dora, Elmo, Thomas the Train!! I read through several threads and it looks like I can do it with Dvd Shrink and Dvd Decrypter. Well, I loaded decrypter and put in the Thomas disk. Looks like it worked on put the DVD on the hard drive. Then I tried to download shrink. I get an error message "The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted."
What the heck?! Can anyone help me?! Thanks!

DVd decrypter and DVD Shrink alone cannot rip newer movies,
you need an updated decrypter program.

I use AnyDVD (which has a free 21 day trial) and DVD Shrink,
Anydvd works in the background and dercypts the protection for AnyDVD.

Also you can use DVD FAB decrypter which is FREE and can rip,
to hard drive in place of the defunct DVD Decrypter then use DVD Shrink to compress and burn.

I myself use AnyDVD more often than not,
Its always updted and free lifetime updates when you purchase,
Also no need to copy the files to harddrive with AnyDVD.

I use DVD 43 so far its been helpful and its free to use just search for DVD 43 use it with DVD Shrink when you get it

Yea!! Thanks so much! We have a Thomas the Train disk! Does anyone know if I can burn more than one video to a disk? Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Here is a guide on how to burn more than a video to a disc with DVD Shrink. (In this guide it was used Nero, but you can use DVD Decrypter to burn)
