Hi,
I have a PS2 which has a modchip installed and an Action Reply Max 'pack' with it. Now my question is how do I use Action Replay Max with my backup games? Yes, I have read the thread concerning that but I don't understand half of it and the programme required to download doesn't work. I have a 'fat' PS2 and my Action Replay Max CD is the older one with about 5 differnt options to choose from. Can anyone please help?!

Ok, I have read the post concerning this aswell, so I played around with different ways to get it to work.
First you need the following: this is based on what i have (FAT)PS2
A modded PS2 (FAT)
Action Replay Max (ARM)
You need to find and download DVDLOADER 7, which i got off a bit torrent site.(This must be burnt onto a CD-R)
An Original PS2 game (must be DVD)
And the ability to do the slid card swap trick. OK.
Load up ARM and go into expert mode, select your codes and push START, press X on this screen, It will now say "make sure the game is in" or some thing like that.
Press eject on the PS2 and put in DVDLOADER 7 disc, press X and it will load, press O to change it to English, Press eject and put in the original game, I used Ghosthunter.
Once DVDLOADER 7 has found the disk do the swap card trick and put in your backup game, push in and make sure the pin is all the way back to lock the disk tray again.
Press X, a red star screen will load then anouther screen telling you to do the EA Swap Trick, just push X on this screen and your game should load with ARM codes ready to go.
This works great for me so i hope it works well for you.

what modchip do you have? With a good one you should be able to load a back up with cheats no problem.
I have a DMS4 Pro in mine and it will load up back ups with cheats just like the originals
