I have been trying forever to rip my band of brothers dvd. My dad kept getting annoyed because the dvd drive is on his pc so i made it into and iso and transfered it to my pc (i couldnt just transfer the files b/c the dvd was copy protected) Now all I want to do is make it into and .avi file. One program I tried was AoA dvd ripper but for some reason it only rips the first 25 minutes even though it was registered. I have no idea whats good and what sucks so what is the best program to make it into an .avi file? Just suggest a good dvd ripper, It shoult be the same as ripping it from the disc because the iso is mounted on my virtual drive from alcohol 120.

...here is a thread I came across (differnt site), but it might help (simular problems with going from ISO to AVI) and how they did it. They suggest many solutions, including dvdshrink which I like to use sometimes. -Robert
