I'm new to PSP's and just got a used one with 2.0 firmware. Is there a way to play MLB 06 without the actual 2.6 upgrade? I confess I just got home and haven't done no research yet. I don't want to permanently upgrade to 2.6.

So your saying you have MLB 06 and it says to upgrade to 2.6? If this what your saying you are in a big doozie to decide do you want to homebrew or play newer games. I would wait a little because they just hacked 2.6 with homebrew and I would see if there coming out with a 2.6 iso loader on version 1.5 or 2.6. I really recommend waiting its prolly around the corner, and people now a days are saying its a sin lol to upgrade further than 2.0.
