Can I create a dvd with multiple movies using multiple iso files?

Yes, here's a compilation guide using DVDshrink that should point you in the right direction, just remember to think of each ISO image as a Title.

Thanks for your reply. When I try that, shrink does not see the iso files. Any ideas?

Run shrink and goto file-->open disk image for each image.
