I know when you put something in Recycle Bin and empty it doesnt delete the file. Whats a good program to use to delete deleted files or to completely delete something from existence. I downloaded Restoration Version 2.5.17 and there is an option to delete completely. Whats a better program out there for this? thanks

You can also try O&O Safe Erase.

http://www.oo-software.com/en/products/oosafeerase/

It will install an option to your Recycle Bin to securely erase the files, a right click menu option in Explorer (for the same thing, you just don't have to move the file(s) to the Recycle Bin first)...and the option to totally erase hard drives and floppy disks. Hard drive options include erasing secondary hard drives, or your main hard drive. If you choose that option, SE will restart your system and start wiping the drive. Their support will also help you get back that drive IF you accidentally choose that option AND you interrupt the erasing procedure. The program has several different secure erasing options as well... from low level 1 pass, to high level 35 pass.

But, once it's done, it's done.
