I bought this phone for a cheap price off Ebay and the seller assured me it was "unlocked". But when I put the sim card in from my provider, it tells me that I need to enter a "subsidy password". I called my provider and they told me this means the phone is locked to another network. Also, the seller won't return any of my emails so it looks like i've been had. I would be very appreciative to anyone that could help me out here as I am on a fixed income.
