Hello, i'm having some trouble, for some reason when ever i use my wireless headphone i use my built-in soundcard, i have to turn the wave volume down very low for no distortion, but for some reasion its starting change to full everytime i click a song, please help thanks

There's usually more than one volume setting. Windows will have one, and so will any media player, and sound card options.

First, go into your Windows sound settings and lower the master volume to about 50-60%. That should help.
