I have been using shrink sucessfully for about 3 months but now all of a sudden I keep on getting subtitles . I have tried un&reinstalling it I have also made sure that they are turned off inside the movie what to do ? Also how can I take a file out of shrink ?? When I reinstalled an old movie came on but that is not the one that is in my c-drive

This happens sometimes. You could just remove the subs when you shrink, or there is a way to shut them off or turn them on automatically if you are re-authoring the disc that is not available with full backup mode. Usually if this happens I just click the subtitle button on my remote to turn them off.
