Help useing the slide-card method

hey everyone
I decided that I want to use the slide card method when I boot my games. I removed the face on my disk drive and it looks like this.

Im not quite seeing the little white thing, is my drive too low? because in the picture here

theres looks a lot wider than mine.
and this is my homemade slide card.

I got as close as I could to the deminsions in the guide I read here on the forums. I made it out of plastic, and am sandpapering it down so its skinnier, so it slides in easier.

as you can see I accidently snapped both the little clips on my drive...
so is my slidecard good and wont hurt it? and is my drive ot low or something?

slide card needs a copy of swap magic or gameshark to use the slide card(an original) if you did'nt already know that. that picutre of somebody else's has something stuck in the side of it off the picture opening it your drive is not to low.

yeah actualy I finaly figured out how to use the swap card. I found the white thing. But yeah thanks, I just need to get a swap magic or AR.
I have the newst codebreaker, and the newest gameshark...
I don't think you can boot with those.

I heard that gameshark works somewhere maybe, I always used my swap magic until recently bought a dms 4 s.e.
