Ok i got it and i see whats going on, do you have Kxploit? youll need it to install Hue
Usually if a prog comes with only 1 visible eboot, then it needs kxploit , just like fastloader or snes, u usually see SNES and SNES% or FASTLOADER and FASTLOADER% the Kxploit will make the second folder for you get it here.

PS after youve done the Kxploit you will end up with 070 and 070% remember to copy the other files eg menu.bmp, key.bmp over as well.
