This movie will not run in shrink, and hangs up in decrypter at about 4%. I have checked the disk and there are no noticeable scratches or other marks that typically cause this problem to occur. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

hawthorne,
Use DVDFAB Decrypter to rip to HD , then use VobBlanker and then use Shrink to compress. You sustitute Shrink instead of Nero . A guide is provided below

Did this one a couple of days ago.

Used ISO Read mode in Decrypter and then File - Open Disk Image in DVD Shrink - no problems

hawthorne , its bad/scrathed ,try another dvd or use Intervideo DVDCopy 4 and plan on it to take awhile to read though the errors

Success, thanks for the suggestions. It took awhile, but DVDFAB Decrypter and VobBlanker followed up with a shot of shrink got the job done. I must say that this was the most work I have had to do on a disk, guess I have just been lucky. I usually just go with shrink and that seems to work fine on 98% of the disks that I have done, but sometimes DVD Decrypter followed up with shrink on the stubborn ones.
