I had one question, if anyone can answer this for me, i would appreciate it. To avoid bad quality on the movies, i am just putting the main menu and the movie, but when i try to reauthor the movie, it just plays the menu all the way through without stopping to where you can navigate on the menu and then starts the movie, is there anyway that you can change that so you can navigate on the main menu and click play movie. Thanks

Shrink will only allow you to either do a full backup or if you use reauthor you will only get the main movie, no menu. If you want to keep just the menu and the movie you will have to substitute still images for any extras or unreferenced material on the video and you do this in full backup mode.

As explained, if you reauthor, you lose the menu functionality. The best way to do what you want is to use something like vobblanker to blank out the extras and previews and other garbage before shrinking. This way it's already reduced somewhat before you go into Shrink. All the extras are removed, so you can use the full backup in Shrink instead of reauthor to keep your menus intact.
To go even further you could make more room before shrinking by adding MenuShrink to the mix and reducing lengthy motion menus to single frames. This can save you nearly 800MB on some discs, usually it's around 100-200MB.
