I keep getting an illegal disc or burn failed error everytime I try to burn a dvd-r. I've been using Memorex DVD-R discs if that helps. Here's a log of a failed birn:

Your using almost all your memory, you need at least 512meg Ram to burn so I would suggest adding another 256meg.
In the meantime shut down all unnecessary progs

You have Roxio installed, it conflicts with Nero.

Your choice of memorex discs, possibly the worst you can choose, try some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden
