while i woz trying to bak kinky boots and goal! and it comes up with invaild block start code.i dont no what to do please help

Do you have AnyDVD or DVD43? Try running one of those while backing up.

I'd recommend AnyDVD as it is updated more often.

AnyDVD or DVD43 can not be installed on the same computer..as they will cause conflicts.

make sure you updated AnyDVD as it at version 5.9.4.1

if having a problem with that movie right click the fox in ye task bar and copy movie to ye hd.then and use CloneDVD to rip and burn.

New: Added "AnyDVD Ripper". This little tool repairs defective DVDs
while copying them to your harddisk. It can be started from the menu of
the AnyDVD fox icon. It can be started as a stand alone application from
the start menu as well, so it can be used even if AnyDVD is not registered
and the trial period has expired.
It is identical to FixVTS (http://www.videohelp.com/~FixVTS/) but instead
of fixing problems "in place" it copies the files to your harddisk directly
from the source DVD. It fixes the problems while the files are copied.

use CloneDVD 2 with AnyDVD ,make sure both are updated and you should be good to go use this guide

if this doesnt get though the dvd its a bad/scratched dvd try another dvd or use Intervideo DVDCopy4 to read it
