GTA LCS saves not working

I have a JaP psp, i have installed a backed up iso of Grand Theft Auto LCS which seems to be in italian or spanish, game works fine using MPH loader but i cannot save games, do i need to download a saved game for the jap psp or for the EUR version of the game ? where do i put the saves an what should the file name be? cheers

i have the same one

its in spamish im pretty sure

to save run into the disc and then a save thing should come up but u cant click yes or no but its there just when u get into this screen click left then x
