Try to convert/transcode it once again with Nero Vision. If it says "successful", save it to your hard drive. Then burn with Nero Burning Rom again. If however, this time, it still come up with "the resulting DVD-Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?" Just click Yes.

I remembered one time, it happened to me once (can't really remember what I was burning, but I'm pretty sure it's a dvd moive), and I click Yes. Nero Burning Rom continue on with the burning process successfully, but it says; "burned successfully with Warning". I try playing in on my stand alone dvd player and everything went fine.

What are you trying to convert (i.e. AVI, DivX, MPEG, MP4, etc.)?
