I bought Dragonball Z data disks from ebay. They have all the episodes on. More to the point I want to put them on my PC so I can put my favs on my iPod and make little music videos using clips from them.
The person I bought them off has encrypted them and with good reason because people make a lot of money off of them but I do not wish to sell them, I just want to enjoy them further.
Does anyone know how I can get them on my PC and as a file type that I can put them in Windows Movie maker??? Is there some software I can buy or download for free that will allow me to do this ????
AnyDVD will remove the protections on the disc,
And you can use CloneDVD mobile to rip the DVD,
(with AnyDVD running in the background) to many formats.
Features
Convert movie DVDs to play on mobile video equipment like the Sony PSP, Apple iPod Video, iAudio X5, Creative Labs ZEN Vision, etc
Convert movie DVDs to other file formats like DivX, XviD, AVI, MP4, etc.
You will need to decrypt the movie first,
Then Use CDVD mobile to convert and encode to your choice of format.
Anydvd also works well with DVD shrink to make 1:1 backups
of your dvd movies.
It isnt a DVD though. Well not like a normal DVD. Im sure its a DVD Disk but to play the videos you have to open it in a window and select each video like you would a song in 'My Music' in Windows XP.
I dont know if that changes anything??
I have CucucSoft DVD and video file converter. If I just open the DVD in that and conver it, should that put it on my PC and make it so I can easily use it (i.e, put it in Windows Movie Maker).
Hell why am I asking you. Lol. I should try it myself. Sorry to waist your time. I wont delete this though just incase anyone does have anything to say about it.
