Nero 7 Install: File Associations & Opens With?

I have just upgraded to Nero 7.0.8.2 from Nero 6
When I get to the end of the install having selected the Nero default install I am offered the choice of selecting which files can be associated with Nero.
I was not happy with the default items installed so I restored my system with Acronis and installed Nero once again this time selecting only the following 4 items:
Nero Burning
VisionExpress
Recode
Tools
Now when I get to the end of the install I get the file association?s screen but it is empty so I can not select or deselect any associations.
I wondered if anybody knows which of the programs have to be selected in addition to the ones I selected to enable this option to work?
Other than the above everything works perfectly (3 data DVD?s and 1 movie made)

When you installed (somewhere in the middle process), it asked you if you want to do a "typical/stand or custom", I've always do a custom and choose whatever I want (i.e. Nero Vision, Nero Burning Rom, Nero Express, Nero Recoded, Nero ShowTime, Nero Toolkit, etc.) Basically, those are the main applications that I only use anyways.

Yeah, so far, Nero 7.0.8.2 is working fine with me. No bugs here whatsoever.
