Can anyone tell me exactly what this is used for? I am new at this kind of software? Thanks. When i have disk in and hit start it tells me " All files in directory C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\DVD\will be deleted! are you sure?" What the heck is it telling me this for?? I know alot of you are probably laughing at me, but i am trying to learn all about this software along with nero7 And dvd Shrink. All help is greatly appreciated.

DVDFAB is used to rip movies, more specifically movies with a newer encryption. That's not to say that movies w/ old encryptions can't be ripped. The message is just to warn you that any file you have in there, from a movie you had previously done, will be deleted to make room for the new movie files.

DVDFab is a whole movie ripper/decrypter.

All it's doing is warning you that if there are any video files already in the folder it will store the new ones in, they will be deleted. If the folder is empty, don't worry about it, if the folder contains files and wish to keep them then either move them to another folder or choose a different folder to store the files produced by DVDFab in.
