i was on this site recently and it said it could downgrade ANY psp for $20 im not sure if its a scam or not please help

Yeah ive heard about that, its a scam because you can only downgrade from 2.0 which is free to do it, so stay away from that site :D

yes its been said that there are dodgy downgrading software around that can brick your psp so be careful i always use my friends downgrade coz i know it works

Yeh, psp-hacks.com are super. I visit all the time. As for that downgrade above, i seriously doubt that that would work. It seems a bit odd to me .. i would steer well clear.
