every movie that im trying to to burn dev decripter keeps telling me error it freezes and it says reading thread and it stays there i have to restart my computer cause it wont close after that

I KNOW PROBABLY SOME OF YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM I TRY UNINSTALL IN IT BUT IT STILLS SAYS THAT PLS CAN ANYONE HELP ME
There is a very good possibility that your burner is dying on you.
With a servo problem, the laser can't get pointed at the correct sectors on the blank so you end up getting retries next:

And this continues on. The program tells it to try again and again and again, but each time the laser fails to point at the correct sector. When the limit of 20 retries is reached the process ends with a I/O error message.
You may want to try a bit of canned air in your burner, something may be obstructing the laser mechanism. Have you burned quite a few DVDs/CDs?
