make sure you have the latest version of AnyDVD as older versions don't work on newer movies. what movie is giving you a problem?

No need to change to DVD Shrink at this point because the problem is obviously with the copyright protection. With an updated version of AnyDVD and the little red fox on the taskbar, you should be okay.
gjl2002 probably gave the best advice, make sure you have the latest versions of your software. Over the past few weeks AnyDVD has had some major upgrades due to the heightened copyright protection put on some DVDs (including a ripper with FixVTS incorporated). What version of the software are you using and what movie is causing the problem? Due to some variations with region codes, what country do you live in?

That was plural, both AnyDVD and CloneDVD 2.
Quote: Update CloneDVD 2, also..... -bilbo65-
Hmm... looks like we agree. ;)
