if it has a usb cord....then you should be able to plug it rigt in, i mean, whats the owrst thing that could happen.......all that can happen is it not work....its not like its gonna break anything.....besides, there isnt much of a diff between the ps2 keyboard and a normal one if they both have usb plugs....

I've plugged a mouse and a keyboard into the USB ports at the front of my V.3 PS2 but it dosen't seem to do anything, do I need to do something with the settings on the PS2 (ie; the Browser or the System Configuration) to get the PS2 to recognise the keyboard

A keyboard works good playing unreal tournament

ps3 with 20gb hard drive

xbox 360 premium edtion with vga/hd hook up to my dell 20.1 inch widescreen lcd.

White and black 1.5 psp's

I'll take this down WHEN micro$oft decides to stop being lazy and make the capcom fighting games backwards compatible with the 360 dammit!!!

To use a keyboard or mouse you need to have the USBD.IRX module in your game. For example AR MAX doesn't have USBD.IRX but it still supports keyboard and mouse. And like bluejet said that unreal tournament has USB compatibility with a keyboard you could easily find the USBD file in that game, copy it and either insert or replace in a game iso. Research on how to replace files in an iso or figure out how to rebuild. http://www.ps2hd.com has a program that automatically replaces files in an iso. That's as much as I know towards using a keyboard with your games.
