Swap Magic 3.6 CD Rom loader problem

Im using swap magic 3,6 cd rom loader and my PS2 will not read it. It can read my dvd one that I got from swap magic but not the cd rom loader. What can I do?

Check for scratches. If you see that the disc has a scratch, return the CD version. If it has none, then maybe your disc is defective.
