Copy a show from DVD-RAM

I have a question. I recorded a show on a DVD-RAM disc on my Panasonic recorder and now I want to copy it to DVD-R. How can I do this?

I tried using DVD Decrypter and and I used "ISO Read" and ripped it to the hd and now I have an ISO file and a MDS file. I tried buring the ISO by itself and now it doesn't work on any of the DVD players or even on the computer. What should I do? I still have both of the files on my hd, so what should I burn?
