can't find audio codec!!!

I got an error message saying that I can't open a music file because I don't have a certain codec. The file type of the file I was trying to open is a Wave Sound. So I clicked on the link to go to the Microsoft website, and it said that the one I need is the "Intel IMA ADPCM (11) codec", but then, it said that that codec wasn't available from the site!! I've tried looking everywhere for it but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?

That should be a default codec with windows. You might have instaled something at some point that has overwriten the codec. I have no clue what. Take a look at this and see if it helps.
