Sounds like in the drop down box you have image recorder selected instead of the dvd recorder. Before you click burn make sure you have your recorder selected not image recorder.
You can burn an ISO file with Nero, but on a CD, if you have a cd burner and not a DVD. However, you can not burn DVD ISO to a CD. The image has to be in CD format. You have to unpack the ISO and make a VCD compliant file.

Your question is confuzing, you say "DVD+R 4.7gb CD". It is a "DVD+R 4.7gb DVD, and you cannot burn anything to a DVD if you only have a CD burner. You have to burn to a CD-R.
