i downloaded snes and nes emulators with roms and also downloaded the sei psp tool but can't find pbp file for them.

Any game that comes with only 1 eboot file will require, Kxploit tool
eg Snes,Dgen

Seipsptool, does not have eboots it installs onto your pc does not go on PSP, Sei has functions to hide corruptyed icons and to act as Kxploit. Thus you dont need to download Kxploit its already ion your sei. Altho Kxploit is easier to use for me.
