How can I load backed up games from backed up ARMax?

I have a slim PS2 and am using Swap Magic. I've got two ARMax backups, one on a DVD, one on a CDR. The one on the DVD has this menu at first where I can set the Reset IOP thing to Always. After I set that, load up the ARMax, select the codes, and put in my backed up game, it freezes on a black screen, how do I load up a backed up game from it with the codes?

You can try swaping the disc while it is still spinning or else the PS2 will know you swaped the disc and not allow you to boot the backup.
