PSP no update umd loader dont work

I have firmware 1.5 so I downloaded the file for 1.5, there were to folders NOUPDATE and NOUPDATE%. There was no instructions with this.

So i stuck the 2 folders in PSP/GAME.

I run the program and get an error,

The game could not be started (800200D9).

The game Im trying to boot is a demo with a 2.5 upgrade.

Anyone know whats going on.

I also tryed to load the app. with the KXploit but I get A differnt error when I do so.

With KXploit I get error, The game could not be started 80020130

Im guessing it is not working cause its a demo or it dont work on the 2.5 update.

I cant find much info on this app.

I also just tried PSP Paint Im haveing the same problem

read another post of similar problem, they were told to change the folder name from CAPS to lowercase.

I just tried that it didnt work.

I also just tried SNES emu and that didnt work.

I dont know whats going on.

I have these programs on my computer maybe they are conflicting.

MPHGAMELOADER

NES

UMDEMULATOR

WifiSniffer

PSPersonalize

I also use the fired up browser but dont have it on my PSP right now.
