This has really started to irritate me now, every half an hour or so i will get a message like this :

http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b219/Speed1989/msncontentpopup.jpg

Now, i've tried so many ways to remove this, but no luck, even the winks uninstaller i found on many search engines didnt help, http://www.fileedge.com/get/remove-winks/

Can anyone help me please ?

Never heard of MSN Content Plus. Where did you get it?

Ok, looked it up.

After uninstalling everything MSN, you'll need to clean out your registry of all keys associated with Content Plus. Try RegSeeker, or CCleaner.

Try booting to safe mode. That might release Windows' grip on the file.
