siemens CX75 cant copy anything... need help

Hi,

I just recently got my siemens CX75 and successfully connected the mobile with PC through USB cable. I can see all the contents of the phone and access to my phone but the problem comes when I try to copy any file ***from or to**** my mobile.

does anyone has any ideas what went wrong.... pls help...
