I installed dvdxcopy and received "installation complete" message and then rebooted pc and started to backup my dvds but the very first one i tried to backup gave me a message "error occurred have to close program" sorry for any inconvenience. what is the problem? I tried to backup three but received the same message everytime. it just seems that the program will not backup or even start to backup any dvds. what is the probem???

Don't know what ver of Xcopy you are using but try your question over at the Xcopy forum they have lots of info
