how do i do it i have configured the hdd but i dont know how to load it do i need a memory car exploit. if so witch is the best one

Winhiip is a PC application that is used to transfer games on a PC to the connected ps2 hdd which involves hooking your ps2 hdd up to a PC. Sorry but am not really sure what else to say as i don't really understanding what your asking.
