Your burner is having a problem with recognizing and/or writing to the media your using,

Here:
Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-R03-04)

There are two things you should do:
1) Your burner's firmware is out of date at version A101, it should be at version A106. The update will add additional media support and could solve the problem alone, so update.

You can get the update here, just enter the model# (GSA-4163B ) of the burner in the search field and click search. Click on the A106 choice to download the file, run it and follow the install instructions.

http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php

2) Try using an another brand of media if possible. Try sony DVD+Rs or verbatims DVD-Rs , or TYs.....

Burn at a speed of 4x and you should be ok.

As stated by john123 keep your burn speed down.

The log you posted displayed and error when trying to burn to disk, the advice given was to hopefully solve that problem when trying to burn your backup to disk using either decrypter or nero. The conversion process is something altogether different, if nero is failing in the conversion process you can try using a free application called avi2dvd.

You can find it here along with a guide..
