DVD Profiler ( http://www.intervocative.com/Products.aspx )is probably the best paid program... I use Ant Movie Catalog ( http://www.antp.be/software/moviecatalog/screenshots ) (freeware), and I love it!!!

I am using the free version of DVD profiler. Works fine for me. The banner doesnt really bother me and ok, you ll end up with low resolution front and back covers but i only register the ones i bought so idont need great covers.
