I just downloaded street fighter III 3rd strike for the the ps2 and with I opened the folder I saw another folder and In the folder It was a fix file a e-sf3rbg.ppf file. What Is this file and what am I suppose to do with It.

a PPF file is usually a patch of some kind for the game. You would use something like PPF-O-Matic and patch the games ISO file to correct an error people are having with it.
