em you cant write to umd's as there read-only, the only possible way you could ever write to a umd is if $ony were to release a umd burner.

i highly dout $ony will do that i mean y woud they want there games pireted or u can take the info to $ony or a place that has a umd burner(but it costs $50 4 each umd and thats at the cheap places)

You totally right but if they did more people would buy psp's (that's just the way it is everybody wants something for nothing), only something like 5% (don't quote me on that:) of psp user know about homebrew so it wouldn't really do much damage but obviously the pirates would increase with umd burners.

an emulator is a program that emulates a system

in other words somehting that emulares(looks an plays like) and old games system

ie snes an sega
in laymans terms.

it plays snes and genesis/mega drive (depending on where your from)

what in the world is wrong with cheatsync.
First I can't get on the official website, says "could not find server" or "page cannot be displayed"
then, when i find a page with a direct link to the download and i get it, it displays a message that tells it doesn't detect an internet connection and no cheats show up
I had v0.4 and then deleted cause it showed me that message and another one saying that since "[there's no connection the cheats are out of date and]" it showed me all the cheats that have been there since the times I used csync when it actually worked;

i also have a wlan router, could that have caused problem

raven I went to ur website and found some downloads, whats the cheat device for, i wish u would give a better descriptions

i don't even know where to put em on my psp (which file)

umm the cheat device is for errm cheating..
to get special cars, guns and such(i assume you are talking about gta)
