Is it a VCD, designed to play in a standalone DVD player? Or is it just a bunch of images that you slideshow using something simple like Windows?

Well, I haven't been here for years, but in the old days TMPEnc would do that as quick as Robert's your father's brother.

Check out the downloads section and there should be a free 30 day trial.

Good luck.

no its not a VCD because i cant watch it in my dvd player (i have 3dvd players) and they are not just simple images(like slideshow that you can watch with windows) because it has audio too while it shows me the pictures and litle videos (about 30 sec to 1 min. length).somebody in mexico made it with a program but i dont know witch one. they are mpeg files (pictures, videos and sound together)

Haha oh man, it's been a while since I heard someone say "some guy made it in mexico for me" in these forums. If they're mpegs, pull them off the CD and use a program to convert them to dvd files. Nero can do that (I think it's called Nero Vision, I can never remember).

Like dvdsndict said, you can use Nero Vision to do that. If it is small enought to fit onto a CD, you can make VCD otherwise, you can make a DVD. There are other programs that do that for you:

Turn the caps off:)!
nero vision 3 should do the job. I would make a VCD though, as the file is rather small.
