When i boot the games by putting the disk in the dvd drive i noticed that they either boot up really slow or they wont even boot. does neone know what i can do?

clean ur laser, if this dun wrk get a new DVD ROM, if that dun wrk than maybe ur xbox's IDE controller has got some problems

you can clean your laser, but be careful you dont wanna scratch it or put it out of place and make you problem worse
