hi i just brought a 2 GB card of Ebay , my psp does not rekonise it and when i try to forma it it ses theres notihng inserted?!

the memry stick light flashes orange when i leave it out please help me out

cause that has been a problem on ebay. the fakes look just like the real ones, holograms and all, until you actually try to use it.
does your 32mb still work? or any of your other cards?

and sudds i've bought off ebay.. i've bought plenty games and such but i wouldn't have done the memory card thing. I will admit that before i heard about the fakes I said I was going to get my 2gb off there, but i got mine for $100 so i didnt care

well as i understand some of the fakes ppl are actually able to save on for like a week and then they have problems like transfering large files or their capacity shrinks.
You must have a super fake cause your shit doesnt work at all.

I bought my MS Pro Duo off ebay (2 Gb) and it worked perfectly. I howver, knew about the fakes, and shyed away from anything coming out of Asia, or prices that were too good to be true. I ended up getting a San Disk from an ebay store for 100 bucks that assured me that it came with a warrenty and listed a 2 week return policy (from the states). I tested the thing to death to see if it worked... and 7 or swapped ISOs later, 24 or so hours played running the ISOs, and it still works perfectly.

eBay is a great resource, but like everything else, you have to know how and when to use it. (For example, there's nothing wrong with buying something that could be manufactured at a cheap price, or could be swiped easily from a worker for a relatively low price (and if its too low, expect to pay more in shipping) but if its something like an electronic of some sort, expect it to be fake)
