i go all over the internet bout how to make shin budokai work but i have a question. i have a 2.5 firmware, how can i play shin budokai?

Buy it and upgrade to 2.6. I fear that's your only option (though it has been said that there would be a downgrade for 2.5 before 2.6... so you may want to hold out.)
