I have a 512mb Disgo Lite memory stick and SwapMagic 3.6. Is it possible for me to play backed up games copied from my PC to my memory stick using SwapMagic? If so, how can I fit a game onto my Memory stick?

No you need the full game to use any boot metheod. Unless the total game size if smaller than 512 MB.

If it is a USB Device yes, but the USB Loader only boots about 5% of games and the movies are choppy and sometimes freezes up the game.
