Can a Non-Modded Xbox See Skinned Maps?

I was wondering, if you skin a Halo 2 map and host it on Xbox Live, can other people who have a non-modded version of the map see the skinned version of it? Or does it just load their unskinned version?

Nope they can't, IT is only on your MAP file and not on their's
