I can confirm that Daxter is working on 1.5. It looks a really good game i think it got 9.0 at gamespot...

WTF, it is? Any thing you need to do to make it work?
Steps to bricking a PSP:
1. Get a brick
2. Hit the psp with it untill it won't run any longer

Hmn, I'd think Sony would put more efford to protect it, oh well the better for me, I hope they do the same with Filter.
P.S. How big is the ISO?

The iso i used was around 400mb but when I shrunk it with Daxcreatorit got down to 272mb

How did you get it to work?
where you using 1.5 or 1.52 and was it that freeloader or that UMD Emu thing?

sup guys anyone here been playing this game. it is sooo good, in dream mode you become neo from matrix and have to bang out a load of combos, one of the better psp games imo...

im playing it.. if you are talking about daxter (neo bullet mode threw me off, heh) seems pretty cool, good graphics, prolly play it through if its short enough

Is anyone else having trouble with the Daxter ISO resuming from sleep mode, or is it just me?
Bad ISO maybe?
I'm using UMDemulator with MPHloader and the PSPDBZFix files.
The game plays fine, but whenever I put the PSP to sleep then wake it back up it's like the keypad doesn't work. I can quit the game with Home - but nothing else works.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I guess the 1001MB files I see are the full versions and your 400MB is the one with less/no videos? I also see some 235MB versions, are those really barebones?

depends on the game
1 gig games tend to be sports games.. and there are 300mb full umd games. it really depends on the game. but yea smaller files can have missing videos, and other options like demos and shit you probably wont use

I borrowed this game from my friend and used umd dumper to get an iso of it. I decrypted the eboot.bin and replaced boot.bin as well as all the PRX's. The game will load for me and will play part of the way into the game. It freezes at certain spots, such as at the very beginning after getting your first job. While trying to leave the building, the door wont open. Speaking to the guy in there causes the games to freeze. Anyone else having this problem or know what I can do to fix it?

I am using Umd Emulator 0.8c and MPH Game Loader 1.1.0
I tried using the Umd Emulator RunUMD mod and it loads the game and does the exact same thing.

Maybe there was an error in dumping, thats the only possible explanation. What app did you use to dump the UMD?

Is there a newer program to use? I have read a little bit about hidden modules on UMD's, does Daxter have any of those?

That seemed to help. I also got the modules from Star Wars Battlesfront 2 since that was the only other x factor and i rebuilt it in UMDGEN and it's runnin fine. Thanks.

Yo, can someone help me with this... I have Daxter (the actual game) and created the ISO. I can't get it to work, however I do have shin budokai and it's working fine, can someone help me out? I'm using UMDemulator, start the emulation and then the MPH Gameloader, but it just freezes. Like I said, it's working fine for Shin Budokai.

Hi guys, im new to this forum.
Anywho i keep trying to run the daxter rom and it freezes on 2 spots so far.
I simply want to know the exact method one of you used to make it run.
as in , "replace the prx's or decrypt them" (replace them with what other games prx's, or decrypt them with what program)
Ive replaced the prx's with a diff combinations, seems i cant find one game with all the prx's it needs hehe. So i use them from at least 2 games.
As i said, if someone would step by step it for me i would appreciate it.
My UMD for Daxter is scratched, but i managed to dump it before it got scratched =D .
